Have used this product for a short time.. Easy to install (with play by play on the website) Only one problem I have found... hard wired cable shorts out very easily when moved to many times and you cannot change the wire. You must purchase the complete unit.. This would be a supberb product if not for this detail. However all in all an excellant product to purchase

Great product - Can be tricky to set up

This headset lifter definitely does the job. The only beef is that I had to buy a new phone. Your phone will need a flat surface under the handset or it won't mount. My previous phone was curved and didn't work. With the right phone it took 5 minutes to set up.
