KINGWIN KF-3000-BK 3.5" Internal hot swap rack raid-3 bay
Cons:molex connectors

Pros:Hot swapping hard drives is a breeze with this unit.
Comment:
Bought for my windows home server, installation was easy, but the molex connectors could be of a better quality (pins came out too easy),has lowered my hard drive temps 7 degrees,

KINGWIN KF-3000-BK 3.5" Internal hot swap rack raid-3 bay
Cons:Fairly expensive for having 3 removable drives

Pros:2 5.25" Bays becomes 3 3.5" HDD removable bays. Very good idea. Has 2 fans, 3 SATA cables, power cables, etc. Small and sleek.
Comment:
This Hot Swap Bay does what it is meant to do, easily exchange SATA drives and be back in the game. I suggest installing RAID drivers so you can easily unmount drives in Windows. If using Linux, than you already know what to do. Great item, just wish it cost a bit less. Will recommend.

KINGWIN KF-3000-BK 3.5" Internal hot swap rack raid-3 bay
Cons:Packing drives this close together means you really need to pay attention to case cooling but it can be stable if you do it right.

Pros:Slick way to add hot swap for about $25 per bay. Includes all the power and data cables you'll need.
Comment:
Got a pair of these for a media server so I could keep six TB of drive space online at a go. Nice and easy to swap a drive of content out for movie night. If you have a big case with good cooling, no worries but you are packing drives together tightly so pay attention to your drive temps. I hover about 28C in a giant Antec 1200 case. Note, fan relies on at least one power split dongle (3 included) so even if you have enough SATA power cables direct from your PSU, you'll need one molex (with split) to power the fan.
