Didn't work right out of the box!

I purchased this external hard drive to back-up my system to prepare for an OS upgrade but as soon as I connected the hard drive and tried to download data it would not complete the download so I sent it to the manufacturer they fix it and sent it back so lets give it some time to prove itself it's working fine now!
