I installed this myself and I must say that it was easier than I thought! Ideally you'd need an extra hand especially when securing the mount to the wall. But I managed to do it myself, so it's reasonable that you may be able to do so as well. Make sure the watch their online tutorial if you have no idea what you are doing. I used the included template for leveling and pre-drilling holes. Works like a charm!This mount is sturdy as a rock. Joint resistance is quite considerable. Extending it from the wall takes a quite a bit of effort. So much so that it feels that the panel would flex and break or crack if you're holding the TV at the sides if you've got a really thin LCD. When in doubt, pull holding closer to the centre. Micro-adjustments are easy with just loosening a couple of screws. Just loosen them a little such that there's still some resistance. This makes it easier to tighten without the need of someone else holding it in position.Also to note, you will likely need long cables to use the cable management system.The only downside I can think of is that the white finish can scratch easily. Dings from dropping screws or drivers can happen if you are not careful.
