I bought this for my 2006 F250 and it doesn't fit snugly in the power ports. It fits ok in my wife's 2008 Element, but you have to turn off shake to shuffle on the iPhone or you'll never listen to a song all the way through.

It works well as a mount for my iPhone, so I can talk hands free while I drive, but if I plug other devices in its power port pass, it weighs the whole thing down and comes loose. It's secure enough for mounting just an iPod or iPhone, but if you want a mount that'll also charge your device (this mount alone will NOT charge it), look elsewhere.

Holds my iPhone very well. Once you get it adjusted to the position you want, it stays in position. Only complaint is that it doesn't fit very solidly into the power socket. I occasionally have to push it back in or it looses connectivity.

Like I read on other review, it works fine but the power port is too long for my adapter in my car so the power mount seem to be loose and can fall from the power port. It's enough to support my iPod Touch though but i would try with my GPS.

Great holder. Easy to adjust. I'm happy overall. The only thing is that the power port in my car is not solid enough, so the holder and ipod shakes on the pot holes and bumps.
