Don't like protection feature.
Comment:
Socket input has a spring-tensioned protection barrier that makes it very hard to insert the power cord. I would not purchase another one for this reason. The cost of this product is reasonable, but after taking on the shipping charge, that is no longer the case... |

Quit working on second try
Comment:
First off, the model I received did not have the USB adapter as pictured here, which was disappointing but not a big deal. It worked fine on a 4-hour drive one way, but it quit about two hours into the trip the other direction. I tried it in a different car and it blew the fuse in my car. Not recommended at all. |

Awful
Comment:
This item was dead on arrival. The only thing this item did was blow the fuses in my Chevy 2500 HD. Spend a little more and get a quality product. |

Kinamax 100W Car 12V DC to 110V AC Power Converter Inverter
Comment:
I am in the Army over in Iraq, and I use my laptop whenevr I can. Since I spend a lot of time on the move, this became an invaluable asset for me here. The 100 watts handles my laptop without even getting warm. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a portable, low power, and reliable 120 volt AC power adapter from a 12 Volt source. |
There was no UL Approval noted nor CE approval (sometimes used in lieu of UL). The English was unreadable. Made in China, natch. Did not want to even attempt use. Bought another from a brick and mortar store.
