Got this chip delivered in an open container. The plastic shield was cut and it was obviously a return. I installed it and it made no difference in my computer although the system recognizes the added memory.

Before I brought this memory Vista was just a horror show, and while I still prefer Win XP, I do not have to wait five minutes for everything to load, the memory was easy to change and definitely the best value I saw for money, excellent phone reps, I called and they recommended which memory I should buy and they were spot on.
