Product arrived a day later than expected (But it was a weekend) It was really easy to put in. There was not any amazing change. No major complaints. I'm still trying out different programs to see what might be affected.

I got this memory for the wifes laptop which she uses mainly for school work to increase the performance (she was running vista and only had 1gb ram, suffice to say that thing was slow). I had to remove one of the 512mb cards already installed to make room for this one, even though really i only increased the ram to 1.5gb the difference was very noticeable. Programs load faster, she can now use more then 1 window at one. She loves it. I am thinking about buying another one of these to replace the other 512mb. Would recommend to anyone who needs a performance boost on a laptop that does everything but games. :)

Bought this memoru for my old Dell laptop. It only had 256M memory and was really really slow. Took minutes for Internet Explorer just to open. After installing this memory, it flies! IE opens really fast, and I even installed Fedora Linux on the second half of my harddrive, something I couldn't even do before, not enough memory for the swap space to run the installer. It has worked flawlessly under both the Windows installation and the Fedora Linux installation. I would recommend this to anyone looking for some good memory, at a very reasonable price!

I am so sorry I originally purchased this memory. Everytime I upgrade, the SPD, Serial Presence Detect timings are slower. I need a memory manufacture that will always ship the same timings, sorry to say.
