Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:not the quickest drive out there, but for the price, its hard to beat.
Pros:free (with points)16gb is a great size Comment:
Love it. got this free as i used my reward points. even on sale for 6.99, this drive is a great deal. Its not the quickest you'll get like sandisk extreme or something, but for casual transfers and backup, its great. |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:its usb 2.0 speeds.
Pros:-it works-its cheap-the housing is rather nice Comment:
Do not buy this if you are looking for a higher speed drive. this drive is basically a usb 2 drive with a usb 3 interface |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:Slow write speedNo led lightRetractable design
Pros:CheapKingston brandCapacity Comment:
This flash drive works well and is inexpensive. It's slow when writing large movie files. From experience I've found Kingston to be a reliable brand for USB flash drives. I've never had one stop working, I hope this drive will be no different. |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:Not as fast as some other, more expensive USB cards.
Pros:Quick (but not super fast) USB 3.0 memory stick. Comment:
Kingston makes solid, reliable memory sticks. The 16GB USB 3.0 model is faster than the USB 2.0 model from Kingston, thought not quite as fast as other USB 3.0 sticks. When on sale, it's a killer deal! |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:Capless design is kinda meh
Pros:Inexpensive when on sale Comment:
Not much to add to the others here, except to say the capless design that others see as an advantage leaves me a little underwhelmed. The retractable portion is little more than a nuisance IMO, since the end remains exposed when closed and dirt and dust can still get into the important part - it only protects the metal part of the plug that really doesn't need it.Other than that, it is a nice size and the price is right when on sale.I'm not disappointed. |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:Write speed top out at 19MB/Sec - doesn't even saturate USB2.0 connection
Pros:CheapReasonable performanceGood read speedsRetractableOK constructionUSB3.0 interfaceKingston brand - reliable Comment:
I bought 3 of these on sale today and picked them up at the very very nice new Surrey location. For a little over 20 bucks for 3 of them, it's hard to complain.I did not expect much performance for so little money, but these little guys actually performed better than expected.Atto Tests peaked out at 19MB/Sec write and 53MB/Sec read.MP3 files averaging about 2 MB per file wrote at 10MB/Sec and read at 35MB/Sec.Video files (1 to 2 GB each) were written at about 15MB/Sec and read at 47MB/sec.All things considered, for the size of the thumb drive, it performs fine for what it is expected to do. I would buy again if I needed more. |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:Slightly wide
Pros:CaplessGood value when on sale Comment:
Very good value drive for moving large files between computers. The capless design makes it convenient to plug in and remove. Only complaint is the design is a bit too wide, making it hard to plug in other ports if they are located side by side. Also have a 8GB version which works just as well. |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:only usb2.0 speedmade of plastic
Pros:One piece design, no caps to lose5 years warranty Comment:
Rated at usb3.0 speed but the speed is only on par with usb2.0 or slower. If you got for less than $8, then it's ok. If you really need USB3.0 speed get a Corsair Voyager or something. |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Pros:capless, speed, price
Comment:
-well made -very convenient with no cap to loose -no USB 3 port to test speed but USB 2 write speeds were approx. 20 MB/sec. (800 MB video file took approx. 40 sec.) -bought one and after testing bought a second one and got similar write speed results |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:-Read performance could be better but write performance is slow
Pros:-Size-Price Comment:
This is a good product at low price. You get what you pay for.. at 10$, you won't have a USB3 write performance.. |

Kingston 16GB USB3.0 DataTraveler 100 G3 USB Flash Drive
Cons:very slow for a usb 3.0 drive.
Pros:Large storage capacity Comment:
my usb 2.0 drives are much faster, i expected this to be a proper USB 3.0 and i guesss i didnt research enough about this USB. The read speed is fine but the write speeds are painfully slow (8mpbs on a good day). This is also true for the 32gb version. Would not recommend in my honest opinion. |

Cons:A bit slow in the 4k Reads and writes
Pros:Low Cost when On sale Comment:
I buy this in lots of four when they are on sale. Did anyone say stocking stuffers. 16 Gigs seems about the right size and price for most people now. |
