I've usually had great experiences with Kingston ram, it appears to be quite excellent good quality at a decent value. Timing of 5-five-5-18 at 1.8v. None. This ram is shorter in height than most other memory sticks. Good for avoiding conflicts with cpu coolers.

This 4gb RAM kit has given me amazing efficiency with no errors or troubles whatsoever to report. This type of efficiency and reliability confirms for me why I maintain going back to Kingston for my RAM. None. I was a little weirded out at 1st when I saw the sticks and noticed that they look to be about half-height compared to other DDR2 sticks. It's no huge deal, it's just... weird.

Mixed speed with 533 (kingston as well) and my Asus M3A78-CM booted smooth like silk. Simply because of the little footprint(half height), might be hard to install in tight or busy cases. If you wanna totally want a con! The 2or3 dollars you could save with another brand is not worth headaches Kingston avoids. Contratry to most firms they have a great customer support which is a bonus.

Solid performance from Kingston as soon as once more. 1 stick wouldn't work when it arrived. I utilized the old pencil eraser on it and it worked just fine. This didn't get me to drop an egg, as it wasn't that big of a deal. No need to have to overclock this ram in my opinion. It's a lot quick. But then....who wants my opinion anyway?

Its Kingston quality. Kingston lifetime warranty. These sticks are Very little compared to comparable goods. Wonderful for a mini-pc. None whatsoever. You can not possibly go incorrect with this organization. I had yet another set of Kingston ram go poor on me, known as them up, and they overnighted me a new set no cost of charge.

I had four gigs of this very same exact ram in my personal computer running on vista 32 bit. I wanted to upgrade to 8 gigs which would also call for a 64 bit os. Popped the ram in computer, it recognized it just fine, then installed win 7 64 bit. Personal computer is a lot faster now. Not positive if its just the ram due to the fact I know win 7 is significantly smoother than vista, but overall I'm seriously pleased with this ram. None My understanding is 32 bit OS' can only recognize up to 4 gigs of ram. My pc when it started up recognized the 8 gigs, then when windows booted up I right clicked my pc and went to properties. Bam - 8 gigs of ram, on vista 32 bit. I didnt think that was achievable. I installed win 7 64 bit any ways but was curious about the vista 32 recognizing that significantly ram. Any thoughts?

this ram is wonderful for my quite small WHS case which has incredibly minimal genuine estate for anything in it. Shipped in a Kingston retail hang case sealed with factory label so it is nicely protected. I have ordered memory before and gotten it loose in a non static kind bag. The memory is the low rise type that sits under the clip notches. Great for individuals who develop weird case mods and or have other space concerns. The picture shown is not accurate. The component number is exactly the very same, so it is not New Eggs fault. Kingston has revised the board they use for this part quantity. If heat sinks, flashing lights or neon logos are wanted, don't buy this memory. I was basically going to go with some gaming ram ahead of I found this kit, but since this is going into a simple quad core mini media PC that will not see any over clocking, this seemed like a much more dependable fit (both in size and application).
