Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:Slow, not as good for samsung for ocing
Pros:Quality RAM, fast, runs e 200 mhz (according to cpuz) on my athlon 3000+ Warranty Comment:
I have 1 gig of this RAM and i am satisfied, however it runs at i higher speed in relation to the prosseser therefore it is difficult. If you want budget RAM to OC then get the samsung even though it runs h a slower speed because it enables you to get to a higher clock speed on your proccesor, besides that, good generic memory This review was modfied by poster @ 12-26-05 06:21 PM |

Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:-Make sure you get two of them at the same time to guarantee proper dual channel performance
Pros:-Lifetime warranty-Runs 100% at stock speeds Comment:
This memory works 100% running on stock speeds, and comes with a lifetime warranty. If you are looking for huge out of spec speeds with overclocking, look elsewhere. |

Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:No overclocking
Pros:Great Price Comment:
I bought two of these sticks. The price was awesome since i was able to pricematch it to $46.00 per stick. If you're going for cheap but reliable ram, this is fine. |

Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:timings are not great
Pros:Price, speed, and versatility Comment:
Overall this RAM will do almost anyhting you need it too. I have pushed this Kingston Value RAM WELL beyond what it should be capable of, and it is holding strong. For the price you cant go wrong. If you are planning on doing some serious OC'ing, you may want to consider the more expensive stuff, the better the timings, the easier it is to OC. |

Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:None so far
Pros:Warranty, price Comment:
This is great RAM for the price. It may be a bit more expensive than some other RAM, but you get quality and a lifetime warranty. The RAM worked well in the Intel D845EPI motherboard with another (different) brand of memory. |

Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:-Memory chip is not always same, so don't expect buying seperate and getting Dual Channel
Pros:-Reliable-Lifetime WarrantyEDIT: HAS OVERCLOCK POTENTIAL Comment:
I bought this shortly after I got Battlefield 2. The memory performs well, for a single channel. Unfortunately, I had the same stick before and thought I can dual channel it, but the memory chip was different from the one I already had. As for overclocking, my mobo doesn't let me so its not a big deal either. Other than that, its a pretty decent RAM.EDIT: This RAM actually does have potential for overclocking. I have it running as DDR450 with 1T command rate with a Core 2 Duo E6400 and an ASRock 775Dual-VSTA. This review was modfied by poster @ 09-05-06 01:33 PM |

Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:Samsungs are cheaper, slow timing.
Pros:Simple, plug and go, brand name. Comment:
For this price, I would recommend the Samsung, save a few bucks. Also these ram sticks are slow at CAS3.0Currently running in my rig, they get the work done, nothing else. Won't endure OC of more than 2Mhz, pointless in overclocking. |

Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:CAS3 ;(
Pros:Great value, lifetime warranty and guaranteed dual channel compatibility Comment:
Use this memory quite a bit. Never had a bad stick yet. It used to be very economical for name brand however some of the big memory suppliers have started to market their own value lines. With this development this memory may not be as appealing as it used to be but it's still good stuff at a good price. |

I got one of these for a budget Sempron box. The RAM runs at tight timings m DDR333; I'm satisfied. The peace of mind that comes with the lifetime warranty is worth the ten bucks or so over generic stuff. |

Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:some slower timings
Pros:really low cost, lifetime warranty, good quality and reliability, can be overclocked slightly for the average user Comment:
This ram is perfect for those that need just memory for everyday computing and not for performance. The memory is slightly overclockable if you desire a bit of extra speed, I've got mine with 2.5-3-3-6 timings at default voltage. It has kingston guaranteed quality, unlike generic samsung memory, along with lifetime warranty. If your not in it for gaming or performance, this would be good price performance ratio along with the corsair valueram. The timings won't make a difference unless in games, and even these are decent for gaming. Highly recommended for the average user, and even for gamers that don't want to fork out $348203482 for high speed memory. |

Cons:None
Pros:Great Value Comment:
Have had this for about 2 weeks. I got the 1GB one added this one, total 1.5GB kingston RAM. Good performance. Played CSS, CS1.6, all games I have tested got great result in gaming performance. If you are a video editor, get at least 1GB RAM like this one. Very good value I would say. |

Kingston 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Desktop Memory
Cons:Not Dual Channel, only 512mb
Pros:Fast, great quality Comment:
Kingston ram is pretty much the best out there ... it might only be 512 megs of ram but it'll be good enough for some games and everyday use on your PC. I'd recommend either dual channel or 1024mb of ram though, if you're into playing high quality games. But this stick works great for me! And it's definitely worth the money. |

Pros:great chip, good performance and stability Comment:
good stuff, nice and fast, its a samsung chipset which was nice since i paid less for it than the samsungs sell forrecommended to anyone building a new system if they want to save a little $ here and there. |
Looks like Value = using other RAM like samsung may be kingston sometime. Mine using samsung but is original. So I think pay few dollars more for maybe better RAM and lifetime warranty is worth it.
