Kingston 8GB USB 2.0 HI-SPEED DataTraveler 100 Generation 2
Comment:
Fantastic Capacity for the cost, no cap to lose, decent read/write speeds, activity light. Total open and complete close detents do not hold very nicely so unit will slide open or closed with very slight pressure which will get worse the a lot more it is utilized. I took off one particular egg for this due to the fact this could make it less difficult to damage the port in normal use. Although the use of plastic construction makes this unit much less robust than my aluminum four gig stick, it must nonetheless hold up to normal usage with the possible exception of the con mentioned above. Time will inform

I got this for $2.99, and for that price, it's well worth it. Decent speeds, fits my needs. I've owned several Kingston USBs and so far they've all worked for me. I don't use it often, but its handy when I need to transfer some files.

Kingston 8GB USB 2.0 HI-SPEED DataTraveler 100 Generation 2
Cons:Bulky and slow

Pros:Very good price
Comment:
This is only the second USB flash drive I have ever owned, I had a PNY Attache before and this drive is much slower in comparison. It is also more bulky and takes up at least three times the space of the PNY. However, the price is much cheaper and it serves my purpose.

Every time I make an NCIX order I usually pick up whichever USB drive is on sale. This one is a particularly good deal for $2.99. I often find that I need to give files to co-workers or family and for $2.99 I don't worry about getting the drive back.

Pros:Cheap (2.99 on sale)
Comment:
For that price, can't complain about anything. Kingston is one of the best names in portable memory. These sticks are sleekly built (push to open). Probably the best memory stick deal I've had thus far. They're pretty responsive as well, hoping to use them as boot drives. Great value at that price. Would get more but limit of 2.

Other than the pros and cons, these are pretty handful for them being at $2.99 each when I purchased them. Makes for great small backups or for one's car which has a USB port. Could be used with a tablet as well.
