Kingston DT111/32GB 32GB USB 3.0 DataTraveler 111 USB Flash Drive
Cons:Not too fast, No LED, cap is easy to lose.
Pros:Good price, small. Comment:
I always buy kingston, needed to replace a thumb drive, this one came up at a decent price. It's not noticeably faster than a USB 2.0 drive, but it was worth it. |

Kingston DT111/32GB 32GB USB 3.0 DataTraveler 111 USB Flash Drive
Cons:no led light. not that fast
Pros:compact. fairly stylish. cheap Comment:
anyways, kingston is a good name so when these went on sale, I picked up 2 for office backup. It's usb 3 but it's maximum read/write speeds are only modestly faster than usb 2 in this model.for me, what's worse is the lack of a led light. It means I don't really know when data is finished being written to it.For my usage as a backup drive; not bad; but although I was thinking of getting more, I will probably bypass it.Satisfactory and meets expectations (barely) is how I would grade it. |

Kingston DT111/32GB 32GB USB 3.0 DataTraveler 111 USB Flash Drive
Cons:None
Pros:Kingston quality, USB 3.0 speed. Comment:
I needed more storage for transporting files around for work. Works great, The speed of this usb is not as fast as the higher end usb 3.0 flash drives, but for the price you cant go wrong for a 32gb usb drive. |

Cons:Removable capCap does not attach to back of USB
Pros:Works as intendedFastUSB 3.0Large enough hook at back for lanyard attachment Comment:
Works great but just wished the cap was designed better, very easy to lose as you can't even attach it to the back of the stick |

Kingston DT111/32GB 32GB USB 3.0 DataTraveler 111 USB Flash Drive
Cons:Cap fits loosely on end of stick
Pros:FastSmallCap fits on end of stick Comment:
I don't have USB 3.0 to test this stick, but it works great as any other USB for a 2.0 stick. I use it in place of burned DVDs for installations onto my netbook (for example operating systems).I also use it to store video files. Great buy and of course very portable. Kingston DT111/32GB 32GB USB 3.0 DataTraveler 111 USB Flash Drive
Cons:None
Pros:Super Fast data transfer Comment:
Great little flash drive for the sale price, as long as the drive you are dragging data from is SATA 3 it's superfast.I'll never buy another that isn't USB 3.0, and this Kingston won me over |

Kingston DT111/32GB 32GB USB 3.0 DataTraveler 111 USB Flash Drive
Cons:slow, very slow, cap is easily lost
Pros:large storage capacity, cheap Comment:
Bought this to store the backup image for my laptop on it. It's got glacial read/write speeds, but it does the job well. Overall, if I had to buy storage, I'd probably forgo the USB key and just buy SD cards. |

Kingston DT111/32GB 32GB USB 3.0 DataTraveler 111 USB Flash Drive
Cons:none
Pros:USB 3.0high capacity Comment:
I bought this on sale for $20, and at at that price I think it's a great deal.It reads and writes very quickly through USB 3.0, limited only by the speeds of my old-fashioned platter drives. Transferring ISOs and backup images to and from computers is extremely quick, now.No real cons since this is just a basic USB stick. |
The true rating for this device is a 1 star not a 3.Due to the fact that I bought it instore I was not able to leave a lesser rating than a 3 star.P.O.S.! Will not buy Kingston data travelers again.Bought a Kingston 16gb 2.0 usb data traveler which was very affordable and compact that failed on me after 2 months of owning. Was told by NCIX staff that sometimes flash memory fails due to technology so I dismissed the failure. Then bought Kingston DT111/32GB 32GB USB 3.0 DataTraveler 111 USB Flash Drive on sale at very good price and had it fail on me after a few months with very little use. Had extended warranty which got me a replacement but had to pay another 6 bucks to get another extension warranty on the new one.Now the new one has failed again after another 6 months which means I cannot rely on the Kingston company for flash drives. I have a Adata that I store in the same place that still works after 2 years so I would think storage practice is not the issue.I have Kingston Blu Black ram in my computer, I can only hope that they are better at the ram game.
