Functions properly. It is very compact and fits properly on my essential chain. It is a bit tight when on the ring of my keychain. I can't turn the flash drive a complete 360 degrees...only about 170 degrees. It is astounding although! I like it

Was searching for some high transportable storage for a low cost, and this fit the bill. Haven't had any issues with this item. Transfer rate is slower than the high end ones. If that is a concern, fork out the extra dollars for a faster drive. Excellent small flash drive.

I purchased my very first 1 in Spring. Functions pretty effectively until now. April 5th I purchased a different 1 for my friend, and he mentioned it operates good till now, too. I just purchased one more two for my grandpa, and he said it works fantastic, also. Copy and Paste a tiny bit slow, but overall rapidly. Fantastic USB!

Small / no cap to lose (which occurred with my other flash drives) Speed is excellent but not excellent / you swivel the cap to access the USB but its quite loose so it moves all the time. Whenever I take it out of my pocket its currently in the open position. So, its pretty significantly as if there was no cover / cap... but I would still recommend it...

Wonderful Capacity and Speed for the CostSurvives something! Wish it was blue instead of red I purchased this here at Newegg on Black Friday on a whim offered the price tag. I left this drive in my shirt pocket a few weeks after I purchased it, when I discovered it in the dryer a couple of hours later I was heartbroken, with the swivel cap that doesn't lock tight more than the USB port, I believed for sure water would have killed it in the wash, and if by some miracle it didn't, that the heat from the dryer would have toasted it. Nevertheless, I plugged it in my pc just to see and voila, Windows detects is promptly and all my data is nevertheless there and undamaged. I felt actually secure in my purchase at that point.

For what I bought the item for it is ideal. It does not travel with me. It is just a backup. I would have to pay a lot more for a flash drive that has an attachment that goes about you neck for traveling. But this one fits the bill. None

Transfers information quickly. Properly constructed. Superior amount of space for the price tag. Lights up when transferring information. This 1 has an odd look. The reds ok but it comes across a little gaudy to me, but who cares. Also as is with all these drives you shed additional than half a gigabyte of space with the built in software and the way it comes formatted which I assume is FAT32. This is fairly normal for these devices however losing over half a gig on an 8 gig device seems a little high to me. You might be in a position to eek out a tad far more acquire reformatting the drive which I haven't done. I got this one when it was on sale for ű.99 so the deal was even sweeter for me, but I would still be willing to shell out about the asking price tag for it. Very good drive!

Integrated simple to open cover that you can\'t lose. 10MB/sec write speed. FairlyHas ur program pre-installed if you want it. Not as quick as some flash drives. I purchased 3 different 8 GB flash drives and tested the write speeds. All three expense roughly the very same. The three are: Muskin http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226078Sandisk Cruzer http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820171467Kingston DataTraveler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820139246The Muskin and Kinston are the similar size. Both will fit two in close spaced vertically stacked USB ports although it is a incredibly tight fit. The Sandisk is virtually half the thickness of the Muskin and Kingston. All 3 are basically the very same width. The Kingston has the benefit of an integrated cover that you cannot lose. The Muskin has a clear plastic (easily lost) cap. The Sandisk has no cover.I timed the copying of a single 1GB mp4 file to the flash drive. Every single flashdrive was virgin. 1GB file time to transfer in seconds:Muskin 14MB/sec 71 secondsSanDisk 5MB/sec 198 secondsKingston 9.8/MB/sec 102 second

I personally work on computers for a living and bought this to attach to my keys so I often have a drive with the tools that I use, no matter exactly where I am at.Works great and looks to be a great construct as properly. For the cost none. Got it when it was more affordable then the 14.99 price point so it was far more of a value then now.

- Quick! ྴmb/s)- Small- Sturdy- Reasonably priced- A lot of storage- No cap to shed None. I Utilised HD Tune to test and also compare with SanDisk Cruzer 1gb.It performed as followsHD Tune - Read/WriteSandisk Cruzer 10mb/sKingston DataTraveler 20.1mb/sGenuine World (transferring MP3s and Big AVIs)Sandisk Cruzer 3.2 ~ 3.5mb/sKingston DataTraveler 15 ~ 20mb/sNeedless to say I'm extremely happy. I got around Black Friday and paid about ũ.25 per GB so the value was super high. I only necessary it for its capacity and was surprised to see it perform virtually 6 times faster than my trusty SanDisk Cruzer.*Recommended!

The very first 8 gig usb stick price 赔! I got this for บ. The small Linux operating program on this factor is a kick. It does not interfere with file transfers or anything and is there if you want to internet cruise on someone else's PC with your passwords. It is fairly rapidly but it depends a lot on the machine you plug it in to! none Wonderful tool
