Cons:- not readyboost-capable

Pros:- very small and light- fast data transfer (~10 MB/s)

Comment:
I got this on sale for $25, which is a pretty good deal for a 16 GB flash drive. It feels sturdy despite its plastic casing. With this capless design, I have concerns about when the cover for the USB connector will wear out, though it feels quite solid right now.I'd buy it again.
