Kingston DataTraveler 4GB USB2.0 Flash Drive
Cons:-cap can have a tendency to wander away on it's own-slow compared to newer USB keys.-old technology with this model
Pros:-Small. I say this cause some other USB keys are fat and cannot use both USB plugs at the same time. -Cheap. Goes for $10 on sale-Reliable. I've used this thing for months and have it in my pocket for school and work. No issues so far. Comment:
-10mb read/5mb write-used for many months on an almost daily basis. havent lost the cap either, but it did wander a few times. -reliable, it works each and every time-built well. doesnt feel as cheap as other USB keys. -i also purchased the Kingston Data Traveler DT112 Capless 8GB recently. That one is twice as fast but four times as crappier made. For $10 you cant really go wrong. For more $$ you can get a faster drive |

Kingston DataTraveler 4GB USB2.0 Flash Drive
Cons:-Case in hard plastic easy to break
Pros:+Durable+Cheap Comment:
I've owned some of this flash drives for a long time, no one ever failed on me. On of them even fell in the toilet 1 or 2 time, on of them went to a trip in the washing machine, they all still work great. I use one of them for my car's USB MP3 player and it work great. The transfer to this key is not the fastest, but at least those drives never failed on me.I suggest this drive to any student! |

Got a couple of these on sale so the price was right. Some people might get annoyed on the transfer speed for larger files but I am okay with it for the price. No speed demon but it does the job |

Kingston DataTraveler 4GB USB2.0 Flash Drive
Cons:none I have seen
Pros:Quality device, and rugged Comment:
I have had several differnt manufacters jump drives, and some have crapped out, but Kingstons have been working flawlesly.Picked this up on sale so even if it is a little slow with large files, for that price it does the job, and does it well. This review was modfied by poster @ 05-08-09 11:25 PM |

Kingston DataTraveler 4GB USB2.0 Flash Drive
Cons:Speed, speed, and speed
Pros:Cheap, Color coded Comment:
This is a great price for 4gb of storage but the device is incredibly slow and when transferring large documents it can take forever. I wouldnt reccomend this if you have large files or are used to firewire |

Pros:Affordable flash drive. Easy to carry anywhere, It fits alot of stuff, in the future I might but a 8 gb version of this. Comment:
My main problem with this is that it was a little hard to take the cap off. Otherwise, it is convenient, small, durable, and has a great capacity. |

Kingston DataTraveler 4GB USB2.0 Flash Drive
Cons:cap is fragile
Pros:handle not on cap, size, price, performance, same build style as previous models Comment:
Got this for use as a windows istaller drive, rather than using a cd/dvd. It works for readyboost, and doesn't need any special drivers ( though that's a very common feature). |

Kingston DataTraveler 4GB USB2.0 Flash Drive
Cons:didn't come with a strap!
Pros:great product for the prize and capacity Comment:
kidding about the strap. bought 2 of these and liked them so much, i bought another. there's a lot i can do with 4 gb and this is one of the smallest drives out there. part of th reason i bought this one is it fits into the quite small slot on my sony blueray player and now i have bd live going on with the sony player. my corsair stick would not fit easily into that slot so you know how tight it is! |

Kingston DataTraveler 4GB USB2.0 Flash Drive
Cons:I don't particularly like the colourlid isn't very securely held on
Pros:cheaplid can be stored on back while the flash drive is being used Comment:
It isn't the fastest, it isn't the smallest, it isn't the biggest, but it gets the job done. I bought this to replace a two year old 512MB flash drive. This stores more, is faster and was worth the money to upgrade. I just wish it was a bit smaller so I wouldn't even feel it in my pocket. |
This is a good quality flash drive. It is a bit slow but for less than $10 on sale it is an excellent buy.
