Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB 2.5IN SATA3 SandForce SF-2281 SSD Drive READ:555MB/S WRITE:510MB/S
Cons:none so far
Pros:Price/performanceQuality look and feelFast enough Comment:
Pretty decent SSD for the price, seq read speed is a little slower than my Intel 330 but write speed is much better... The HyperX performs much better, compare to the 330, in all other tests (AS SSD and CrystaldiskMARK (On my Asus P8Z77 and i5 r4.2). The drive looks like it's made of quality component, hope it'll last. I'm using this drive for games only, the 330 is my primary, but will be swapping the drives soon as the Hyperx seems to be a better drive for Windows. |

Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB 2.5IN SATA3 SandForce SF-2281 SSD Drive READ:555MB/S WRITE:510MB/S
Cons:no Kingston driver update, 60% lost in the advertised speed.
Pros:Nice looking case? Comment:
Tried and checked everything and still losing %60 of the advertised speed, I know those speeds are under certain conditions and it says upto XXXX GB/s. But to lose %60 of it!!! it does boot in a reasonable amount of time though. |

Pros:In the vanguard of current higher end SIII/6gbs SSDsExcellent price on sale Well-rated high quality flash Bracket includedBrushed finish Comment:
Very satisfied. Probably the best you can do right now without going to the highest end like the Sammy 840 Pro or the Mushkin Deluxe right now. Kingston's new SSDs are higher in quality build-wise now than their prior SSDs IMO, ie. the early V series. |

Pros:Very fast application loading. Great price for SSD. Comment:
Installed 3 weeks ago when upgrading from WinXP to Win7. Included bracket was simple to use and install in a standard 3.5" drive bay. There is no SATA cable but I knew that going in. Application and game load times are amazing as well as start-up and shut-down.Paid $116 taxes and delivery included. Great price for SSD. Worth while if you want to speed up your machine without all new hardware. I highly recommend this drive. |

Pros:Has breathed new life into my older laptop Comment:
I needed a new drive for my 5 year old HP TC4400 tablet/laptop. Although I wanted to try an SSD, I was concerned the tablet would have issues considering the age. I purchased this drive based on reviews and very glad I did. The drive arrived well packaged in a glitzy retail box. The drive looks very sexy and almost a shame to hide it inside the laptop under a panel. Installation went well with the bios recognizing the drive without issue. Installation of the OS also went well, although I did need to install a fresh copy of Windows 7 rather than the laptop's stock version of XP. Attempts to install XP (tablet edition) resulted in BSOD before the installation could complete. The laptop is currently setup with dual boot running Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.04 without issue. Boot and application launch times have greatly improved. Very happy with the purchase and would easily buy again. Thanks Kensington for a very easy migration to SSD and for breathing new life into my older laptop! |

Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB 2.5IN SATA3 SandForce SF-2281 SSD Drive READ:555MB/S WRITE:510MB/S
Cons:- SSDs are expensive
Pros:- Kingston- Reliable, Fast.- Worked in 1 try. Comment:
This is definetely a cool looking SSD. At this price point, you're not getting a huge bargain, nor are you getting ripped off. This HyperX 3K seems to perform similarly to the original blue HyperX SSD, so I would recommend it. |

Very good price point for this SSD. |
Excellent SSD for the price and is a good choice to have an operating system and a couple high demand programs on, while you other things such as movies and music can be stored on an HDD.
