So while shopping around for memory for my intel server board this stick was one of the few that guarenteed compatibilty (somethin about hynix chips, thanks intel) Not being a huge fan of hynix memory I felt I didn't have much of a choice in the matter but it works fine. My board automatically downclocks it to 1066 anyways but its a minor complaint about my board not the memory.
