Kingwin XT-964 HTC CPU Cooler - LGA 1366, 775, AM2
Cons:
Le ventilateur peut devenir un peu plus bruyant vers les 2500 rpm.
Pros: 4 heatpipes.En pricematch à 31$ c'est une prix acceptable.Refroidit bien mon Phenom II X4 955 BE.Relativement silencieux. |

Kingwin XT-964 HTC CPU Cooler - LGA 1366, 775, AM2
Cons:None
Pros:-Low profile to fit HTPC case-4 copper heatpipes helps dispate heat quickly.-Easy to install.-Good quality Comment:
Brought it for my HTPC to cool an AMD 955BE. Perfect height not too high.Cooled it down more than 10'c with the 4 heat pipes. The great part is the direct heatpipes which works very well. Before installing it I smooth sanded it for a better thermal heat transfer. My personal thing. This review was modfied by poster @ 10-21-09 08:17 PM |

Kingwin XT-964 HTC CPU Cooler - LGA 1366, 775, AM2
Cons:Fan mount system-Thin Metal
Pros:CoolingCompact design Comment:
I changed my ps to a dual fan and added this. My previouscpu temps were 42-44 at idle with stock intel cooler. The system hovers around 27 degs at idle! Used artic silver over supplied paste in bag.Fan mounts - metal wire clips - remind me of thincoat hanger material - they do work just fine though. |

Kingwin XT-964 HTC CPU Cooler - LGA 1366, 775, AM2
Cons:- AMD mounting is slightly challenging- Included fan a bit loud
Pros:+ Effective+ Inexpensive+ Correct mounting with AM2/AM3 (front to back)+ Fits in most cases due to 92mm fan Comment:
HDT tower coolers are the most effective, in terms of both performance and cost. One of the major pros of this HDT sink when compared to most other HDT heatsinks (Vendetta 2, S1283, etc) is that this has the "proper" mounting, unlike the ones stated above. This means that the fan is pushing air towards the back of the case rather than to the top of the case.Performance-wise it's a solid performer. Keeps an K8 Athlon X2 at 1.475v under 55C full load with Linpack. Idle is around 40C in a 30C ambient room. However, being a 92mm heatsink this doesn't have the advantage of silence like most 120mm-fan heatsinks. When mounting the heatsink, make sure you do it outside the case; it requires a bit of force to have the retention clips snapped onto the motherboard bracket. |
