I find myself buying LG monitors most of the time cause they have yet to fail me and they have been great to me in quality. This one replaces the L1953T model, and is almost identical to it, with its thin frame around it. For those who still prefer 4:3 to widescreen format, this is a great monitor. |
We've got 4 of these monitors in use on our production floor in varying temperatures that drop to nearly outdoor temps over the winter. All arrived with all pixels working and all monitors are still running great in a shop environment. As I recall, I had no problems with the image quality but I was not paying a lot of attention to things like black level, brightness uniformity, and color accuracy. But as I said, nothing stood out as problematic. Viewing angle was good, I can say that. I will buy this monitor again.
