Cons:No gigabit or mgmt features.

Pros:Compact, well built and straight forward switch.

Comment:
It is what it is. A big improvement over the hub we had previous and for our purposes it works very well. If you're looking for fancier features, then this obviously isn't for you. For us, it's perfect.
