Lite-On has always put out an inexpensive, reliable, DVD burner, and now I can say the same thing for the Blu-Ray burner. You can not go wrong with Lite-On.

Easy to install - great product and price. I bought a new video card to support the HDMI interface to my monitor. The VGA interface worked well, but wanted compatibility at the HDMI level.

my famliy gets me to build them pcs they wont buy a prebuilt and this is the br rom i set them up with it works evey time just hook and load the power dvd cd and its off to the races havent had one person ask about replaceing it yet

Simply put a great buy, Blu-ray in your computer for $100 it's a great deal. Windows vista x86, x64 and Windows 7 installed fine no drivers or firmware updates needed and the Cyberlink software is great, it gives you free updates and plays all disks fine. thsi and a GTX260 and your golden. would recommend to anyone.

I got this drive as a Gift, Yes the person that got it for me got it at a B&M store F%y& electronics, they do not have any left to get the CD media from as the disc I got could read the Documentation of the Drive but the Cyberlink Software would not load, bad format of disc I guess. Anyway been fighting with Lite On to get the CD Media Replaced, and they sent me to Cyberlinks site to BUY a new copy of software that should be included with the drive. Another thing is you have to have Roxio EZ CD DVD installed to get the BD of Cyberlink to work, otherwise you can only read DVD's not BD Discs.

I bought this on recomendation from an Electrical Engineer, it works much less than poorly, it has compatability problems, speed problems, the cords are too short to connect, it is a real boondoggle. I really got screwed on this one. Buyers' Beware----this is a no buy!!!!!!!!

cant get the damn thing to work. arrived with a broken CD and finding the software is like pulling teeth.

The line-ON Blu-Ray Combo Drive works very well. Have trouble however to update the firmware, but as long as it works well, thats all that matters Would buy it again.
