Cons:Dont like the little rubber things to hold it in the case.

Pros:Good airflow, Quiet.
Comment:
Took me a while to actually figure out the little rubber things. Minus that, once i got it in, it ran as it should. The LED is blue, but lights my case green because of the blades.
