Lenovo Thinkpad X120E AMD Fusion E-350 4GB 320GB 11.6IN Radeon 6310 WLAN BT WIN7 Pro Notebook
Cons:It's expensive. VERY expensive.
Pros:Its a thinkpad which means it'll probably(hopefully) outlast Acers, HPs, Dells (of course) and Asus |

Lenovo Thinkpad X120E AMD Fusion E-350 4GB 320GB 11.6IN Radeon 6310 WLAN BT WIN7 Pro Notebook
Cons:Not exactly priced like a netbook
Pros:Runs daily apps well Comment:
Bought it from Lenovo directly. It feels more like a notebook rather than a netbook. The keyboard is probably the best chiclet-styled keyboard out there. Keys are responsive and grooved. Applications run smoothly on the dual core e-350, making it feel like a notebook. Just don't compare it to any SB-based machines for heavy duties like video editing. Runs HD videos fine and even includes HDMI. |

Lenovo Thinkpad X120E AMD Fusion E-350 4GB 320GB 11.6IN Radeon 6310 WLAN BT WIN7 Pro Notebook
Cons:
-keyboard is not backlit-6 cell battery protudes out of the back, looks odd-lenovo power manager and toolbox software takes ages to load-battery life is good, but not great-screen seems a bit bland for colors-screen hits keyboard and reb numb thinger leaving marks on screen
Pros: -Best keyboard i have used on a netbook/laptop-small form factor-quiet-touchpad and lenovo navigation red nub thinger are great-HDMI out-MKV playback-Good battery life-you feel little to no heat when using on your lap Comment:
I can't stress enough how awesome this keyboard is. I have big hands and this feels great to type on. i love it.the system itself is great, fast enough for web, office, and everyday use. processor can however be overwhelmed with multiple applications and tabs open.I installed my old Kingston 64 SSD drive to help with baterry life, i get over 6 hours with this unit now with the scren at 10 out of 15, wifi on, and browsing the web and watching videos. It plays MKV's with no issues. if you owned an x100 you know how hot it got, well you can hardly tell the thing is on when you have it sitting on your laptop its that nice and cool.Lenovo software is slow and useless, i un-installed almost all of it. If lenovo has a 6 cell battery that was flush with the system, and the screen was just a bit better with color it would be a perfect system.Highly recommend this to anyone needing a good netbook, with an amazing keyboard, and decent battery life. |
If this laptop lasts 5 years and is still useful, i'd say the price was worht it.Sure there are lots of other models out there which look great on paper but that doesnt necessarily mean it works in real life. There's a great VIDEO review of this laptop on Amazon. You should check it out if you're looking out to buy this or a similar laptop. Also, though its labelled a netbook, its not. Its a laptop which happens to be the same size as a netbook.
