Maybe it works
Comment:
I couldn't quite get it to lock on to the signal from a wireless router 25 ft away. Looked like it should have worked but...... |

Works fine for the price
Comment:
Bought this for my daughters systems running windows 2000 in Dec. 2009. So far seems to work fine. Was worried because of all the reviews saying it was doa. Didn't have that issue. Speed varies, but seems to be fine for her. Uses it for AOL and has watched movies online and hasn't complained. |

Do not buy
Comment:
This is a very bad and cheap network card. The name is easily confused with good products such as Linksys. The quality is cheap, the product will NOT work with Win7, and even when it does work with Vista, it is clunky and def not for gaming or even streaming. |

Linkskey LKW-G553 Wireless PCI Card
Comment:
this product works fine but, unfortunately it is not good for gamers - the internet speed is too slow to keep up with the game, so you need a direct wired connection. |

Great Buy
Comment:
No problems on set up except I initially placed it in the wrong slot. Set up was a breeze and I am NO geek. Delivery was amazing. I'd definatly buy again. |

Good for the money.
Comment:
I bought this card for a new computer that built. Installed and worked right away with no troubles. Works great with Vista 64. Driver utility works great. Only problem is it takes a minute to connect on startup. |

Linkskey LKW-G553 Wireless PCI Card - 802.11g, 54mbps
Comment:
I installed this card in an older PC that I have been experimenting with and had no problem connecting to my wireless modem. It works great, especially for the price. I would recommend it to anyone who didn't have a lot of money to spend. |

Linkskey LKW-G553 Wireless PCI Card - 802.11g, 54mbps
Comment:
This card installed easily but had difficulty getting it to activate. It oftens drops the signal and I must reboot in order to get it back online. Will be looking to buy a replacement. Don't waste time with this one, spring for a few extra bucks and get a better one. In the end I will be paying more for having to buy two than I would have simply buying one good one to begin with. |

Linkskey LKW-G553 Wireless PCI Card - 802.11g, 54mbps
Comment:
This product came with easy to understand installation instructions and works great. The only reason I dropped one start on performance is because there is a slight delay on it picking up an ip address from the gateway upon bootup. Can't beat the price. |

Slam dunk. Received PCI card this morning, opened the case and slipped it in. Did not even have to install Vista driver. Started without any additional installation. |

Comment:
Works good for a wireless g card. It works fine with windows 98 or XP. It has good range and was simple to install. If you want more range and speed you will have to get a wireless n card. But for 19.99 it is worth it. |

Installed this card in an old Dell Dimension 4400 (XP). Strong reception; so far, works as advertised. I'm pleased with it and would recommend it. |
Bought it because didn't look good enough and thought it was linksys. The first one kept disconnecting. Same the replacement one. Both show great signal and signal qulity, but still most of the packets have CRC error and they keep disconnecting. A USB adapter on the same computer works great, my two laptops work great when placed at the same place.
