Carefull
Comment:
I had problems with the drivers for this unit on XP and Vista. Good thing 7 can fix driver problems on it's own or I might not use it.

Cheap and wworks with XP
Comment:
Took a while to get it going with WPA-PSK security. Software very confusing. Once up and running it has run very well for over a month. Plastic case is about as cheap as one can get.

Works as Advertized
Comment:
My main complaint is with the software. It works fine with an unsecured WIFI link, but it took me a while to get it to work with my WPA2 Personal link. It appeared that it did not work until I enabled the router to broadcast an SSID.

Linkskey LKW-G750 Wireless G Network Adapter - 54Mbps, 802.11g, USB 2.0
Comment:
This USB key would probably work fine if one was using Windows XP, or earlier versions. For Vista, it does not work. There are no instrustions for Vista on the box or in the software to load. I get an Error message about ''Part of the INF file is invalid. Please go to the website for Technical Support.'' After navigating my way through that, I am told to download a new driver for vista. Once downloaded though, there are no setup or auto run files. Tech support says Install manually, and point wizard to new drivers. This still does not work. Drivers start to install, then the same error message pops up again. Stick with the Major Name Brands!!! This is not worth the trouble for Vista users.
