Linksys E900-CA Wireless N Router 802.11B/G/N 4PORT 10/100
Cons:Signal is a bit weaker but so far nothing wrong
Pros:Can install Linux based Router Firmware like DD-WRT and Tomato Comment:
Bought it based on earlier reviews. Bought 2 and put 1 of each on DD-WRT and also Tomato, both works flawlessly. Did take a bit of time to find out what to use, make sure you get the right firmware.Seems to work better than the D-link ones |

Linksys E900-CA Wireless N Router 802.11B/G/N 4PORT 10/100
Cons:Not gigabit ports. Wish it was dual-band but for this price, not gonna happen.
Pros:Cheap, wireless n 300. Can load tomato or dd-wrt. Comment:
Can't ask much for a cheap 2.4GHz router. Bought 2 of these to use as a wireless client and repeater. Once I loaded Tomato on it, I realized the antennas or wireless receiver is weaker/lower quality than in the WRT160N and Valet M10 that I have. It still picks up the wireless signals fine, but it's about 4dB weaker than the other 2. Transmit power doesn't matter though, since I can crank it up using Tomato or DD-WRT. Note I did load one of these to DD-WRT with the version they recommended in the wiki, but the switch/LAN ports were broken and I had to connect in through the wireless. I couldn't figure out why but it was annoying me enough to switch over to using Tomato on both routers. |

Linksys E900-CA Wireless N Router 802.11B/G/N 4PORT 10/100
Cons:Wireless strength no better than WRT54GL
Pros:Cheap, runs DD-WRT Comment:
Works great running DD-WRT. I have it setup in Repeater Bridge mode where it connects to the main router as a client and extends the wireless range and accepts wired computer on the Ethernet ports. I had considered making it my primary router but its wireless strength wasn't much better than my WRT54GL. I wasn't expecting that much from a $20 router but I'm quite happy with it. |

Linksys E900-CA Wireless N Router 802.11B/G/N 4PORT 10/100
Cons:I refuse to write anything here!
Pros:Strong Signal, easy setup, light weight, solid exterior, good ventilation Comment:
From 2 rooms (3 Walls)away, I now have 2~3 bars on my phone's Wi-fi signal indicator, after switching from a DLink $19.99 cheap router, which gave me only 0~1 bar kind of signal quality. I'd also like to mention Linksys/Cisco's included CD setup software is very user friendly even if you have no experience with Advanced setup, While the Advanced option still gives a full range of selections. Very satisfied. |
