Within days of receiving, used the first one to help me configure and build three computers - only had one network port nearby, so really made the who process much easier.

Many collisions were occurring with the hub causing slower connectivity. A switch makes all the difference. This switch works as expected and you can't beat the price.

If the item was returned in the first place, it had a problem. These devices have problems that may (or may not) be fixed. I have used a couple of them and they do not work. Never again will I buy re-certified for network equipment! Stay away, the money you save is not worth the headaches!

So I didn't even bother calling about it. If I had I am sure they would have replaced it for me. Never had any problems with them in the past. Very happy with my purchase, Thanks!

This was a good value as loose cable at a parts supplier was a lot more expensive and there is always the possibility of not buying the right length.
