Cons:Half-baked software (only ver. 1.0 avail.)

Pros:Awesome hardware

Comment:
Running a number of these in XP pro machines. Software causes issues with log in/ out, and intermittent disconnect/reconnect. Signal strength is killer though, even in difficult environment.
