I purchased one of these drives for burning my 360 backups after reading the review before mine. However, I received an A version, and now have to figure out a way to swap it for a B. So not all of them are Bs here. |

Support bit-setting, which I always used when burning DVD+R. Does it really make a difference? Don't really know. But it one those nice to have and not need it than need it not have it kind of thing. |

Overall, an excellent drive. The opening and closing mechanism seems to of higher quality than my previous Pioneer drives as it's rather silent/smooth in the process. Disc reading/writing is also relatively quiet which is quite the surprise from my previous drives. |

burning lots of videos onto dvds with thing, it chews them like nothing, very good value at this price u can burn lots of discs before out of order
