This sound dock worked great for exactly 8 months. Suddenly the volume buttons started to crack, and today the volume-down button broke off. Don't waste your money! P.S. The warranty is only 6 months - argh!

The pure-fi anywhere 2 speakers produce outstanding sound for their size and are designed very well. They are designed to be portable and pack up very nicely in their protective pouch - adding a handle would make it perfect. The rechargeable battery is an outstanding feature and is supposed to allow them to run 10 hours. Thay may be right on very low volume, but I have been impressed getting more than 6 hours at load volumes in an outdoor pool setting. The only issues I have had is that they will shut down when playing on battery if played at very loud volume - especially if the battery is not fully charged. My iphone also says they are not made to work with iphone, but then they work fine. The last thing is that if you play music from an app other than the native ipod app they work but usually need to be turned on several times to recognize the music and stay on.

if could have just ONE speaker dock for your iPhone/iPod this is it. Rechargeable, loud, clear, portable...I honestly don't leave home without it during trip.

I bought this for my husband's birthday. He loves it. He travels 1 hr each way to work and so has lots of time to listen to music and books from his ipod. Wonderful sound from such a small device and the rechargeable battery is perfect for commuting and travel. Nice product and, as usual, wonderful service from the folks at the store!

I have now purchased this same set of speakers for every teenager in my house. The portabiltiy makes these speakers great. They travel from the bedroom to the bathroom to the back porch and then on vacation.

This is a great little unit! Small enough to fit into your suitcase but sounds like a pair of bigger speakers. The remote is very handy and the carrying case too. It's a good looking unit too. Works great with our iTouch but the iPhone 3G spits up a message about being not compatible some of the time, which we clear and then things work. I'm not sure if it charges the iTouch or iPhone when used on battery operation only. Portability with this unit is awesome. We use it everywhere. Definitely worth the money.

This item arrived today and I can't speak highly enough about it! I'm about to go on a trip to Thailand with some friends, one thing that was missing was a rechargeable MP3 player for the beach. 10 hours+ of playback per charge, plus it will recharge your iPod at night while I sleep. Cant ask for much more than that in a elegant, solid built device. Job well done Logitech!
