Made for a laptop. USB chord way too short for a desktop computer, only 3 feet long. The clamp does not fit on a flat screen monitor.

Great cameras. Good picture and sound. Can adjust to light settings to some degree. We bought them for our Regional managers for video conferencing and they work great.

The software is a snap to install and the webcam works flawlessly. The Carl Zeiss lens produces crisp clear images and video. The built-in microphone is sensitive enough to pick-up the normal conversation without any distortion.

This product was very simple to install. It also comes with its own software to make video calls or phone calls. It is free for anyone having a cam made by this company. This unit is portable. It will not clip onto a flat screen (too wide), but will on laptops. But it comes with a stand to mount the cam on. So it can be used with the desktop and the laptop when traveling. I couldn't find the required information and called support. They were very nice, but hard to understand (I speak English). The information is on a tag on the cord (a 3 foot cord). So if you are running to a desktop, you may need an extension cord (I used one for this installation). I gave the rating 4 because we have not actually used it, only tested.

I bought this webcam for my pc. It was very easy to set up and use. Loaded the software and I was up an running in minutes. The features a good and the capture quality is great. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a webcam. As I said earlier, I use it with my pc and I did find the cable to be too short, but I have an extension usb so that was not a real issue. All around good deal and Logitech usually puts out a good solid product.

I was looking for a quality webcam that wouldn't break the bank. This piece is a wonderful buy, and has great picture and microphone quality. Definitely a necessity if looking for such an item.

We are using this cam on laptops and Desktops. The picture is excellent the mic provide excellence performance. The software is easy to setup and works well with MS products.

This webcam is superb. Outperforms the equivalent Microsoft webcam hands down. Skype recognizes it as one of their few "High Quality" video certified cams. Logitech's software is good and robust. I recommend this item over anything else.

I love this camera. It seems to work even better than my pc logitech camera. The price is reasonable, I get great picture quality, and it can do all of the things my larger camera can do. It also is easy to travel with and can be packed up easily with my laptop for business trips.

I have had this Cam for almost a year and it works excellant on Windows XP, Vista or the New soon to be released Windows 7. Crisp clean and clear picture for just about any web chat program. Excellant still shots and Video. I would recommend this over just about any other brand.

Just ordered/received and installed the Cam (worry free). It work's 'fantastically' on my 'slower/2Ggz' laptop. ALL the features, work perfectly! It's amazing in 'low-light' and has great sound capture/rejection/focus software. Very 'small' and super-high quality! Beautiful image quality, at any distance. Sure the cable is a little short but great for a laptop or desktop with a USB (Powered Hub). Works great with Skype/MSN-Messenger (trademarks), and has a beautiful picture image (and can track you as well!). I love it already...! (5 Stars). I would HIGHLY recommend this product. Works great. However, I purchased this product for use on both my notebook, and desktop- when I'm not mobile. It has a 3' cord advertised, however, it's only 30'' from camera to the tip of the USB plug. It may sound trivial, but that 6'' (16%) that's missing, can really affect where you can put the cam on your desktop. It's no problem with a laptop, of course. I was tempted to go with the QC Pro 9000, partly because of the 6' cord, but chose the portability of the QC Pro for Notebook. Am hoping they send me an extension cord (it IS false advertising, technically)

I bought this webcam for me so my family can see me while I'm here in Afghanistan. I'm extremely impressed on how clear the image is. I loved the camera so much I bought another one fore my wife back home.

Great webcam for a notebook. Not big,easy to setup. I installed this on a Gateway MT6821 (1.6ghz Core2 Duo Centrino,2gb of 400ddr ram, MOBO FBS 533mhz) all in Vista. Works great. Bought 2 and both working fine. Comes with some neat software add in's . Would highly recommend.!!

This is definitely a five-star product. I was astonished by the quality of this camera--the glass lense makes for crystal-clear images and the ''RightLight 2'' technology DEFINITELY does what it claims. I can be using this camera in a darkened room and the light from the monitor is enough for me to see myself just fine. Definitely worth the price.
