I did get one the keys stuck down on, they immediately sent over a new one and took the non functioning back. techsupport as always GREAT JOB. If the features included a directional it would have been an excellent product. No complaints on the features it does have as long as it keeps working! |

A great number pad, does what you need, has spot to hold the reciever when not in use. Hot key for excel and calc handy, but the hot key to internet could have been better used as a shift key for shift+tab or shift to direction keys functionability. |
My review is for Mac users only. This item is not compatible natively with Mac. It does not work with the special software developed to adapt Windows USB hardware to the Mac. Allegedly the manufacturer has refused or is unable to provide developers with the information necessary. This system-specific limitation is not usually mentioned by retailers. The packaging itself reveals it only in the smallest of print. Mac users cannot expect success with this product.
