Logitech VX Nano Cordless Notebook Laser Mouse
Cons:Size, receiver fitment, daily use/comfort, only 800dpi, SetPoint drivers
Pros:Size, receiver (small), convenience, overall quality Comment:
Not too bad of a mouse. It can be uncomfortable for daily use as a main mouse or for prolonged usage. Battery life is acceptable. The receiver sticks out a few milimetres depending on the depth of the USB port. SetPoint drivers are TERRIBLE. |

Logitech VX Nano Cordless Notebook Laser Mouse
Cons:-Receiver is actually not that small-Middle click is not on the wheel
Pros:-Comfortable-Fits both hands-Has hyperfast scroll wheel-Forward and back buttons-Has on/off button-Comes with pouch and an extension cord Comment:
The main selling point of this mouse is obviously the nano receiver. When plugged in, the receive sticks out at a skyscraping length of 75mm. If you store your laptop in a tight carry case, this is certainly a problem. The receiver is not designed to be taken out from a USB port easily (so that it won't come lose), and to store it back to the mouse you need to open the battery cover which is a hassle. The receiver is definitely designed to stay in the USB port, not to be plugged and unplugged all the time. The other thing is the middle click button. Clicking on the scroll wheel does not middle click. It changes the scrolling mode between normal scrolling and hyper fast scrolling. The middle click can be mapped into the little "search" button just behind the scroll wheel, though.Other than these two things, it's a great mouse. I compared this with the VX Revolution. I found that the revolution is much bulkier, which is a little too big as a "laptop mouse". I like the nano's flatter profile, and it comes with a pouch which the revolution doesn't. But if you have problems with the nano receiver sticking out (see first part), then maybe the revolution is a better choice. |

Logitech VX Nano Cordless Notebook Laser Mouse
Cons:none
Pros:Good GripSmall USB ReceiverLong Battery Life Comment:
I just love this mouse. It makes the perfect laptop mouse. The USB receiver is so small that it fits perfectly in the niche in my laptop. I will never have to take it out. I loved this mouse so much that I bought a new one to give to a friend. |
Highly recommand this mouse. Awesome portability, easy to use, great for all types of hands and super nice with a little USB plug in. Just put in your computer and forget about it. Also, the batteries for this run for about 6-12 months per set. AWESOME!
