This unit is easy to set up, the cameras perform well in daylight but the IR illumination is weak in my dark parking lot. The software doesn't do fast play and freezes if you use the timeline drag handle to much. The instructions are poorly written, but I did get prompt tech support via email from the manufacturer.

the picture quality is really nice. It was very easy to install. We have it hooked to an old tv in the garage and we are really pleased with it.
