i've bought total 4 brother mult-function machines thru out the past for my office and home use. never let me down. include all software that help you to connect with your computer. no problem at all. toner can refill yourself. highly recommend. I just got this printer because I found myself spending a fortune printing on campus. Brother has always been reliable and this printer is no different. Very happy with my purchase.The only downside I've noticed was getting the wireless set up using the small display on the device. I tried to set it up manually initially, thinking it wouldn't be difficult, but I was wrong. Since there is only a numeric pad, you're limited to an abc type input. (ie: press once for first letter, twice for second, etc). After entering the first letter, the printer automatically puts *s for every subsequent letter, so you can't see what the heck you're typing. Bit of a pain, but the printer supports WPS or otherwise the provided software suite allows you to set up the wifi through your PC with the printer connected via USB.
