Good combo deal! I got this board with the AMD Sempron 140 for 79 and some modify and was capable to unlock to dual core processor. Ran suitable out of the box-even booted and ran with the Win 7 os from my intel load on my previous machine(Foxconn ELA and Q6600) The eight GB of OCZ ddr2 worked fine as well.
