Cons:- No Bluetooth on this model- slow HDD (5400 rpm)- fan is noisy when running games- 1920x1080 may be too high a resolution for reading text on a 15.6 screen. But text size is adjustable within web browsers.- touchpad isn't that great

I bought this laptop on sale for $999, and at the time it was the best value for money I could get. This laptop plays Battlefield3 on medium (fps in 35-38 range), and has no issues when playing HD movies. A few notes:- Do not play games in the "Game mode" setting. Use office mode instead to avoid overheating.- Sometimes, I've noticed that the battery does not charge even if plugged in. This is not a defective battery, but a problem with the power management sw in windows. To fix this problem, uninstall and re-install the "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery" listing. That should fix the problem and allow the battery to re-charge.
