Cons:- looks like it was styled by a 14 year old boy- clunky- the MSi auto update is a joke- signing up for the warranty and rebate is comically difficult

When I bought this laptop, it was essentially the fastest computer I could buy, portable or desktop. Given its size, it really is a replacement desktop, so if you want to get some work done on the bus, this ain't the one for. I would have bought the 780 with the matte screen, adult design and backlit keyboard, but it went on (!e$e) sale a week after I bought the 683. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
