I loved my laptop, played all the new games and was really amazing to look at. Then one day it died, 4 months after i bought it. The warranty process is horrible, MSI does not care about their customers. So far 3 weeks I have been waiting to get my expensive computer back and calling them for a status update  on repairs leaves me feeling like I made a bad decision. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase one of these, unless you are feeling lucky and expect a zero defect rate or have a desktop to fall back on during the warranty period. I would rate this a .05 out of 5 but I had to choose a 3/5 because the more people i can inform the better (ncix review 1 and 2 star ratings, this is a rating for MSI and not ncix).
