I've had this laptop for 4 months. I'm satisfied and would buy it again. I haven't played games seriously yet but what I've run on it looked nice and ran well ( Shogun 2 ).The laptop feels solid and well built. Keyboard is good. Chatting with the built-in mic resulted in friends at other end hearing intermittent annoying noise; not sure wether it is the built-in mic or the sound card which is problematic. Will probably buy a separate mic/headset.I use it 99% of the time on low power settings and only crank it up when I need more juice because the fan is noisy. The screen is average. When sitting normally in front of it the corners look darker. Moving my head at arm's length fixes the problem. So viewing angle is narrow. I really don't mind because I use external monitors.Obviously, you don't buy this laptop for unplugged use.
