Beean taggign with this lil buddy for 2 days now. Wow, what a blast. upgraded from 2 4890 in crossfire. Major difference in performance. This card is a real improvement over past generations single cards. A must have for every fan of pc gaming. I used to have a 250GTS... so you can only imagine the jump haha! This card is absolutely AMAZING, and damn, it's definitely bigger than any other GPU I've owned beforehand!I can play Battlefield 3 at ultra settings, and the same goes for Deus Ex, Mafia II, ArmA II, L.A. Noire, Saints Row: Third, Shogun 2: Total War, etc.Everything plays at a steady 50-60fps. |

Cons:Had to disable adaptive power management in the drivers becuause I was having some issues otherwise. MSI doesn't give you any goodies or much for extra adapters like companies used to give with top end cards.
Pros:Super cool temps and super quiet on the noise front!Powerful card can (finally) run surround and get decent fps off a single card! Comment:
Went from SLI 570 to a single 680 and other than the obvious drop in fps, this card is amazing and better in every way! |

this is the bomb! coming from a GTX 570 the increase in performance is quite clear. still very smooth - thanks nvidia drivers - and problem-free. works right out of the box with max performance, thanks to auto-boost. with a good CPU (2700k in my case) and a cool case (antec P280) it will go as high as 1124 mHz by itself, maybe more - too busy gaming, not watching graphs all the time!- 3dmark score through the roof : P9600 in 2011 at stock speeds ... yum! |

What can i say ? This is a technological progress for you guys ! It replaced a GTX 580 and it is owning it, hard. BF3 around 40% extra after clock. Crysis 2 also... I mean, what more could i ever wish for - less heat, less power draw, more performance = win ! Simply the fastest GPU on the planet. (shut up 7970 fanboys, you know im right) I have been buying MSI since the GTX 480 and I am extremely happy with them. My GTX 480 was clocking like mad when i got it. This MSI 680 is not an exception, look at the forums for proof !!! |
