Very mixed feelings about this board. While its been working great for a few months. Its initial install left a bad taste in my mouth. Out of the box the mosfet heatsink was dangling from the board, with one of the screws sitting inside the box. There was also clear cosmetic damage to the socket, and the retention bracket. Even the front IO header pins were bent. I first assumed that NCIX must have sent me a used board. Contacted support, and was assured that it was brand new. There was no damage to the box at all. This was just a case of awful quality control. All of this would be forgivable if the board was perfect, but its far from it. There is no clearance between the top of the PCIE slot, and the memory slots. Meaning there will certainly be issues if your card has a backplate. 8pinATX is placed terribly almost buried under the mosfet heatsink making it hard to get at. Alot of users are reporting memory compatibility issues. So please do research on if your memory will work with this board before buying. I can confirm that Gskill F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL works without issue.I'd like to be able to recommend the board. Its performed exactly how I want it to. However I simply can't forgive all its flaws, so buy with caution.
