This game is one of the excellent games I have played. The idea behind is new and surprising, calling in air strikes of different kinds as well as dropping tanks, weapons, etc.. is a new and fun idea. Many first person shooter games are almost the same idea, you either shoot monsters, people or aliens with slightly different battle interface. This game offers a different experience. |

for the price it was better than I expected ... I only played it for a bit but i even found it fun ... I wouldn't expect a long game with lots of depth but there's still lots of fun for the price |

Cons:Ummm, not really a weakness but the character speech is questionable but easy to handle and really not annoying...I don't mind.
Pros:Price On Sale, Single Player, Lots of Blowups, Weapons, Machines etc.. Comment:
I picked this up onsale..that was great. The gameplay is fun I find and I'm always on single player. I like the cheap thrill of using the weapons and vehicles. The missions are not to deep and not to short either...For a divergence I actually like this game...It's a shoot and go game...what more do you want for the price on sale. |
If you know what this game isn't, there's a lot to love about Mercenaries 2. It's really just one massive explosives and destruction playground, where you can order in air strikes on anything and anyone. The characters are awesome and hilarious, and you can even dress your person up in a chicken suit. I've yet to ever run across any bugs, so I'd say Pandemic did a pretty good job in that area.Driving around can be a massive pain, with cars powersliding into and off of everything, and the clickfest minigames that made their way over during the port can sometimes be a pain. Also, the mulitplayer co-op is pretty hokey, with you and your friend being connected by a giant string. Dunno about that one.
