Microsoft H9A-00001 Zune Car Pack

Came with a zune 8GB refurb bundle and was essentially free, so a great deal. I like it much better than another generic FM adapter we have: display and controls separate from power plug are much nicer for readability. And it can charge and power the Zune while playing.

came with the player, so can't complain. I'm getting static a bit but I'm sure it's only a matter of understanding how it works. Only down side, if you have a case, the case was not intended to be used at the same time as the car pack since there's no hole in the case for the plug. However, the carpack comes with a little rubber pad that sticks to your dash.

I drive a 2005 Saab, and I can't get this product to work. Every sound I get fades and is fuzzy. It came with the Zune I bought so I can't complain, but I wouldn't recommend you buy it separately.

Came in a bundle with a 4GB player, which made the averaged out price of $30 a great buy. I live in a pretty small town and there's not much in the way of radio here (maybe 6 stations on a good day). I just stick it in the armrest pocket with the antenna-connector trailing out for easy access and the transmitter works great for me. One thing I thought was kinda gnarly is that it took a firmware update from my player the first time I plugged it in. Way cool!

My Zune was a Christmas gift. It arrived quickly with the car kit and a case free which was a great deal. My Zune was not able to charge and I am waiting on Microsoft to send me a return slip to have it replaced. Great deal!

Much easier than hacking into your car radio harness for an MP3 hookup. If you get this higher up on your dash, you'll see a marked improvement in the reception quality.

This came free with the purchase of my wife's Zune. So what can you say bad? It works fine and didn't cost me $60 ...... Great.

BOUGHT ONE FOR MYSELF, LOVEIT WORKS GREAT IS EASY TO USE. BOUGHT ONE FOR MY SON THOUGH AND HIS HAS ALOT OF PROBLEM WITH IT GOING IN AND OUT AND ALOT OF STATIC. BUT I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH MINE. PRICE WAS FAIR. I'D RECOMMEND IT BUT REALIZE THERE IS A CHANCE YOU MAY HAVE THE PROBLEM MY SON HAS

It charges the zune while playing the music. Nice. Reception is great in rural areas, but in cities, it get kind of fuzzy. It all depends of how stretched out you can get the cord. The straighter the cord from the cigarette lighter to the zune, the better the reception.

As a owner of th first generation of Microsoft's Zune this car pack is an improvement. The longer cables are useful when seeking a good spot in my car to broadcast to the radio. The 2 memory buttons makes switching from one frequency to another easy and instananeous.

Dont buy, it only works periodicly. Has very weak signal with lots of static. For a car charger its fine. Just dont buy it.

was able to overpower some weaker stations, good quality, the magnetic transmitter mount is useful, drove through Milwaukee without any problems or loss of quality! There are 2 preset stations but you can also change it to any station you want, work great for those long drives!

Got this in a bundle and it looked geat and liked the features of it. If only it worked the way one wants it to. It is VERY positional in relation to getting a clean audio signal to the stereo. A little to the left, right or closer or farther from the player, the signal goes away and you get alot of static. Hence the low performance score.

The car pack does not work for the purpose intended in my car. It doesn't work. I use it for a car charger. I hook up my zune with my tape player. It was a good thing to put into the combo. I love using it as a charger!!!

I enjoy this very much. The car pack looks nice, and preforms great. But many new car stereos have an auxiliary input jack. My truck for example has an aftermarket stereo, so I use an auxiliary cable to play my zunes music through my stereo. So for me the car pack is really an expensive car charger. Luckily I did not pay the full price for the car pack. When I purchased my player the pack was bundled in. The overall value is really based on how you use it.

Plug and play, don't need to read the instructions. On longer trips you will need to reselect the channel, as the new stations pop up interfering with selected one. Great deal as part of the Zune combo.

The pack includes a nice car charger that wyes to a remote control. The leather case wasn't useful to me, but others might like it. the FM transmitter works better than my hardwired input to my car stereo (less static).

It works alright. In some locations, the signal gets disrupted and it simply doesn't work in downtown Toronto.

Got this as part of a refurb 4GB Zune package. Have only installed in two vehicles. Works great in one of them and I can't find a clear channel in the other. No big deal for me since I don't have the mp3 port in the car that it works well in. Easy to set up. Not too craze about the extra wires but I keep them bundled up. It is the first one that I have ever used so I don't know how it compares to the other units. Glad it was included.

I like the magnetic feature, not crazy about the wires, and if you live in an area with a lot of powerlines and overlapping radio stations, the performance can be spotty

I got this from a bundle. Iam happy with my 8 gb zune and the lather case but this car pack is pic of crap. Lose signal while you drive and if you try to change it to another channel, you have to keep focus on that thing to find the sinnal, which made me almost crash my car couple of times. Bad sound quality.
