If you do not live in the city. I live out in the middle of nowhere and this transmitter works perfectly for me. When I visited a city last weekend, no matter how we tried we couldn't overpower the already existing radio stations, even if we weren't directly on their frequencies. This came with a bundle, but I wouldn't recommend buying it seperate. Ever.

got the transmitter with a packaged deal but would not waist money on this. it looks good but the barley transmitted a signal. would have it right next to antenna on a station that was completely static and would still not come in clear. useful is it can be modified somewhat easily to boost signal range or have a line out connection, if for some reason the head phone jack does not work like in my case

I bought this transmitter as part of a package with a player and case. While it does work the transmission includes some static at times and the clarity associated with a wired connection is missing. Still, this is a useful bit of equipment for cars without an MP3 adapter.

I received this a part of the package deal with a refurbished Zune. The package was cheaper than the listed price stated above. For the price listed, it is not a good deal. I got tired of trying to find a clear station for it and I just use a direct cable to my radio's Aux port with the Zune. If I paid the asking price alone I would have returned it for a refund.

I purchased this as part of a refurbished Zune kit and find this transmitter to sound better than typical headphone sound system connection. The auto kit was easy to setup, the FM transmitter selected a non-intrusive channel for clear reception, and it provides excellent MP3 quality sound on my auto sound system. Being compressed audio, native CDs still sound better overall, but placing my Zune in shuttle mode provides hours of entertainment on long road trips without static, switching stations and annoying commercials.

This is like most other FM transmitters I have experienced. The seek function is nice but it does still have a hard time finding a good station sometimes. Magnet between tuner and plug helps keep things organized.

Cool design, love the magnetic controller. Pros design, auto search for available stations Cons auto search finds the best station about half the time, in my area nearly all of the FM stations are used, and it has a hard time transmitting over top of them, also, audio quality clearly not what normal radio stations are, never mind a direct connection Still, if you need an FM transmitter, it probably doesn't get any better than this.

its pretty good for the price but when i put it to close to zune it gets slightly staticky but the rest is good..

I got this transmitter with a refurbished Zune. Love the Zune. After checking every FM frequency, I found two that worked pretty good in my area. Not perfect but good enough. This is my first experience with playing a MP3 player through a FM transmitter, so I don't know if this is typical.

This came with a refurbished Zune I purchased. Love the Zune, but getting clear reception on any of the FM stations proved to be nearly impossible. This is not a big deal to me because I wasn't planning on using it in my car, anyway, and other may have better results.

My wife and I recently treated ourselves to new music players. I choose the IPod Touch. Despite my best efforts to convince her otherwise, she opted for the MS Zune 120. I have to say that, although I like my IPod, I regret not buying the Zune. This is a terrific product. The features are awesome, the quality is top notch and the value is unbeatable. My wife uses it for music as well as audio books, pictures and especially downloaded childrens shows for our kids. Believe it or not, she absolutely loves the FM radio feature. The Zune software is as cool as it gets and arguably more comprehensive and easier to use than my ITunes. She connected the Zune to our Wi-Fi network, making synchronization with our massive, networked music library a breeze. If youre in the market for a music player you should ignore the hype and give this product an honest look. The Car Pack's reception is flawless.
