Got this from somewhere else for $5, Windows 7 auto download latest software and drivers once the mouse is plugged in. Slightly bigger than the Logitec basic mouse I am using and this MS Mouse is just a back up. Anyway if not for $5, I wouldn't buy since last time I had a MS mouse it died right after warrenty expired. |

Pros:* looks good* feels good* 6 month battery life supposedly(2 AA's)* comes with 2 AA Duracell batteries!* works at least 30' range - from the living-room thru the kitchen, down the hall, around the corner by the bedroom - I stopped there. Comment:
Bought this on special for $9.99 ...and would by 5 more if I had a [exc]use for them.. great deal, nice mouse! Even at the regular $30 price it is a fine mouse. |

My wife broke her mouse and needed a replacement. We both prefer the simple, large shape of this style of Microsoft mouse. Works great since the large receiver can sit on her desk, but would not be for someone who wants something more portable. Also bought with a price match for much less than the stock price.For something more portable, but the same style, look at the other 2000 series mouse (36D-00001). If space is not an issue, this is great for the price.
