Microsoft Xbox One Controller + Cable for Windows USB Black
Cons:- Won't work wirelessly with windows, although this will supposedly be possible in the future with an adapter- Didn't work out-of-the-box on Windows 7, had to search for drivers
Pros:- Much more comfortable than the Xbox 360 controller- Better d-pad too- Will work without configuration for most PC games that advertise controller support- Long cable Comment:
I purchased this to replace an aging Xbox 360 pad for use with PC games. The controller itself is far better in every way - the buttons feel nicer, the d-pad is a huge improvement, and the whole thing feels sturdier. The light on it is even a pleasant white instead of the ugly green of the 360 pad. This is probably the most universally supported gamepad for PC so I can't recommend it enough. If you're buying it for use with an Xbox One, just keep in mind that it doesn't include batteries so you'll need those for wireless play. (Something not possible on PC at all at this time) |

Microsoft Xbox One Controller + Cable for Windows USB Black
Cons:-I had thought this included a rechargeable battery pack, but I was mistaken... This is my own fault.-The joysticks are a lot smaller than the previous xbox controller, so it takes some getting use to.
Pros:-Long Cable-Feels great in your hands-Very responsive-Alot slimmer than the xbox360 controller-D-pad is way better than the xbox360 controller Comment:
This is the successor of the xbox360 controller and is better in everyway; The feel, the look, the layout is all way better than before and was well worth the upgrade. |

Microsoft Xbox One Controller + Cable for Windows USB Black
Cons:No cons at all.
Pros:Works really well. Bought it for my Xbox one and it works as a wired or wireless device. Comment:
I saw this on sale and it comes with a cord which was a bug selling feature for me. I like the ability to plug it in and not mess with batteries. |

Microsoft Xbox One Controller + Cable for Windows USB Black
Cons:need to unplug plug back into console for it to register as wiredno driver disc
Pros:long cable Comment:
bought this for my xbox one. while it worked on initial wired connection I have had to unplug/plug back in to the console for it to register as wired unlike wireless which worked every time after initial setup. as for people on other sites mentioning the cables light not staying lit I suspect it is meant for play & charge only |
A good step-up from the Xbox 360 controller, unfortunately Microsoft can't get their act together and make wireless work correctly on PC. As soon as they make a dongle available to use wireless functionality for the Xbox One controller on the PC I will change my review.
