Mini UFO 4-Port USB Hub - Silver

I got this to add more ports to my PS3, it works great for connecting all my controllers to (rock band, steering wheel). It won't charge my controller but that is normal.The LED on it for some reason is super bright so if I turn off all the lights to watch a movie it is annoying but that is easily fixed.

Bought it on sale, so it is fairly cheap at $5. It works with my mouse and an external 2.5 HD. I have not use it on some more demanding situation so I can not really comments on its quality. The light looks pretty cool, although I wish there is a switch to optionally turn off the light, sometimes it is annoying.

I got this to for the purpose of adding extra USB ports at a more convenient location. I didn't expect the light to be as bright as it is, which by the way is quite annoying. One thing to note is that because it is a hub, it will not provide the same amount of power to a device vs plugged in directly to a USB port.

for the price I can complain this USB hubs so far has worked with everything I've tried.it has a pretty cool looking LED that fades different colors.the USB cord folds into the back of the hub but is literally only 1 inch long which is kind of disappointing.I would have to say this is a decent purchase when on sale if you need a USB 2.0 hub.The build quality is okay but not great and I really think it should have a chord that is at least 2-3 feet long as the hub hangs off the back of my computer by the wire and it would also be nice to have it in front of the computer for USB devices.

I would only give 2 stars if I kept my receipt. NCIX asked for the order number to rate it 2 stars. This hub is good all around except it cannot keep its connection stable. It is good to have extra USB ports at the front. When I try to use it for video transfer, the unstable connection keep screwing me up. It is still good for accessing files in the USB fingers. However, would not recommend it due to its unreliable performance. By the way, I got the black one on sale for $4.99 last week.

Bought it on sale for $5. Quality-wise, it's OK, sort of what I'd expect buying from DX or LEDshoppe.I guess one of the "up sides" is that this one's branded, compared to the no-names elsewhere.Would purchase again if needed and on sale.

Bought it on sale at a good price. Works OK. Comes with no adapter so don't use it for charging. Plastic feels like it's of ok quality. Strange but the white verson on sale was cheaper than the black version that was on sale a week later.
