Pretty phone eats up the power!!!!!!!!

Well the first phone i recieved wouldn't work. When you closed the phone it killed power only way it would come back on was to take the battery out and reinsert it. Shipped it back they sent me another one not happy with it either, the battery will only hold up for about 6 to 7 hrs. even if you are not using it. This really bites because you don't always have access to a charger. My other razr will hold a charge for about 2 days depending how much i use it. And it is not the battery because i put my other cell battery in it and it done the same thing. I love the phone the looks of and it works great all except it doesn't hold a charge long enough.
